Each business has its own support instance, accounts and registered devices.

Suspension, expiry and limit changes are applied by the worker on its next cycle, normally within 20 seconds. Already-connected sessions are terminated when the instance stops.

Choose plain text or formatted HTML supported by the installed customer app. Clickable HTTP/HTTPS links require the R9 customer MSI and open only after the customer clicks.

Change domain

Change the address for . Its accounts, device records and settings stay with this portal. The portal keeps its current address during DNS preparation; an active portal stays available.

Current domain New domain or subdomain Enter the exact hostname without https://, a port, or a path. You will receive new DNS records to copy into your domain provider.

Saving replaces the pending domain request and its verification records. The current portal address does not change until the new DNS is verified and activation finishes.

Activation briefly disconnects support sessions, and the old URL stops serving this portal. Already registered computers must be unregistered locally, then registered again using the new portal. Installing over the old app alone may retain the old address. Session-only clients must use the new server address. Existing device records stay until you remove them; devices do not move automatically.

I understand that registered computers need local unregistration and registration again, apps must use the new server address, and existing sessions will disconnect during activation.

PERMANENT DELETION

Delete portal?

Delete and permanently remove its live portal accounts, device registrations, support history, settings and stored data. Active support connections will end when the server disables the portal. This cannot be undone from this portal.

This does not uninstall apps on customer computers or change DNS records at your domain provider. Existing backups, shared logs and HTTPS certificates are retained.

Type this exact domain to confirm: The spelling and letter case must match exactly. Deletion cannot be cancelled after you confirm.
